Magnesia milk? 這東西這麼好用啊?! 聽起來好神奇喔!!! －－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 吃太多芒果，會便秘嗎<img alt="" height="38" src="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/fg/fgicon_32.gif" title="" width="56" /> 幫助消化的東西很多呀 如：香蕉．木瓜．．．都是助消化的水果 或吃優酪乳．養樂多．．等，有乳酸菌的飲料也可以唷 ------------- 其實芒果纖維很多，是可以幫助腸胃蠕動的，但是我一口氣吃太多啦! 之前有人芒果一口氣吃太多，形成糞石阻塞腸道，反而沒辦法解放了
