牙齒美白貼片有用嗎

多少還是有用囉。
不過最有效的還是雷射美白吧。
但都是要持之以恆進行才會永久有效的，
不然都是暫時的囉。

我聽說這種美白貼片主要是用來維持色澤的，如果真的要牙齒美白的話，好像還是冷光美白比較有效。不過聽說冷光美白做完再搭配居家美白或美白貼片，效果就真的很不錯，還可以讓牙齒白得更久喔！
