問問大家意見(英文) !

我正與一位外國人交往中(朋友以上戀人以下關係)
因為我要去日本出差不能跟他在美國碰面,所以我內心很愧疚當初先答應要跟他碰面,誰知我要去日本出差,剛好時間強ㄅㄥ到,我真的也很無奈=.=
他要我寄post  card給他,我如果寫成(I  am  on  business  trip  in  JP  now  and  everything  is  fine,  hope  you  too.  i  want  to  estend  my  best  agreetings  to  you  from  JP)
大家覺得會不會太制式問候語了???
