This  is  a  great  apartment  in  a  beautiful  area  with  lots  of  trees
Doorman  building  with  24/7  security
The  whole  building  is  in  very  good  condition 
Washer  and  Dryer  down  stair  in  the  apartment

1  min.  to  71-Continental  Ave  subway  (E  F  G  R  V  train)
15  min  to  Manhattan  with  E  F  train
1  blocks  to  Austin  St.  (restaurants,  shops,  Movie  Theater)

I`m  looking  for  a  clean,  responsible  and  mature  person  who  pays  rent  on  time
