If  the  steps  in  the  above  guide  have  not  allowed  you  to  resolve  this  issue  and  you  are  using  the  Windows  XP  operating  system,  the  problem  may  be  due  to  a  bug  within  the  Windows  Media  Player  software.  In  this  case,  the  error  can  be  resolved  by  following  these  steps: 

1.  Download  and  install  this  Microsoft  Critical  Update  for  Internet  Explorer 
2.  Open  your  Internet  Explorer,  select  the  `Tools`  menu  and  choose  `Internet  Options` 
3.  Choose  the  `Connections`  tab  and  select  the  `Lan  Settings`  button 
4.  Deselect  the  `Use  a  Proxy  Server  for  your  LAN`  option 
5.  Select  `OK` 
6.  Close  Internet  Explorer,  relaunch  and  reattempt  the  LAUNCHcast  Music  Video  content.

工具-網際網路選項-連線-區域網路設定-  proxy  伺服器-
-打勾--然後按確定
