敏感肌膚 / 在美國的敏感肌水水...請推薦我保養品

我用歐舒丹的薰衣草系列~化妝水是用Kiehl‘s的綠茶精油化妝水(現在在用金盞花但是一點感覺都沒有，下次要換回綠茶)。我在美國皮膚變得比以前更敏感，所以都儘量找天然的東西和不含酒精的來放臉上。你的那個albion牌子是幾乎沒有，我都是回臺灣才買(我用她們的粉餅)，你如果不放心，一定要用自己的牌子，就多買一點放冰箱囤貨吧~反正你也不可能不回去，到時候回臺灣再補貨就好了。
夏天要到了~建議你買一點臉用的防曬，美國很少臉用的防曬。
還有~我只有用albion的粉餅才不會敏感~如果你有習慣的底妝用品，也帶一兩個來備用，因為我用美國的底妝牌子幾乎都是會癢。

Actually  I  think  a  lot  more  stuff  for  sensitive  skin  are  sold  in  the  US.

我的臉是很油的~但是到了美國不但沒有減少出油，反而變得又油又敏感，嘴角臉頰會脫皮會癢，但是T字又很油。我有做保濕，有好一點~但是還是很敏感。不過毛孔倒是比在臺灣小很多就是了。
你介紹的那個sunblock，有含油份嗎﹖因為我又要不刺激但是又要清爽，很麻煩，所以我才說在美國臉部防曬的選擇不是很多，因為大部份對油性的肌膚還是蠻悶的~

I  think  it’s  because  the  weather  of  US  is  dry,  but  you  did  not  moisture  your  skin  enough.

To  me,  the  one  "Olay-Complete  Defense  spf  30  for  sensitive  skin"  is  quiet  safe.  It  never  breaks  me  out.(usd  $14)  (But  I  got  a  dry  skin,  so  I  still  have  to  apply  moisturizer  underneath,  in  summer  sometimes  I  can  put  it  alone  )

A  better  choice  for  you  is  “Eucerin”  for  sensitive  skin  spf  30,      (To  me,  it’s  too  try  to  put  on,  so  I  use  it  in  my  neck),  it’s   

“Oil-free,  non-comedogenic  (won`t  clog  pores)"
“Non-irritating  and  clinically  proven  safe  for   
      sensitive  skin”

Actually  ,  I  think  Neutrogena,  coppertone,  they    both  have  oil  free  and  non-comedogenic  sun  protect  products.

我之前剛來美國時也是帶了一堆在台灣用的保養品
結果一點也不適用啦~現在都晾在那裡
不但不夠滋潤反而造成過敏
誠如前面大大所說
美國的氣候比較乾燥溫度變化大(尤其波士頓一到冬天會乾冷到讓你害怕)
建議你來美國以後再買當地的保養品
比從台灣帶過來經濟又方便
如果你是敏肌,  mall裡面的kiehl`s,  origins或aveda都不錯
超市或藥房牌aveeno,  eucerin也很好用又便宜
如果要買醫療通路的像理膚寶水等,  只能上網買了,  價位會比台灣公司貨便宜一些

我是用uld的是美容沙龍的保養品，我是超過敏皮膚後來用這組後，我的過敏不見了，最主要是這組可以平衡過敏原和油脂分泌，像現在我用任何的保養品都不會怕臉會過敏，而且臉變的很嫩喔。
