  • 我也有~不過我是坐姿不正~我覺得最好的方式是回家躺著,<br /> 不過上班真得沒辦法躺,天冷會更痛,可用暖暖包敷著,<br /> 酸痛貼布,或擦一些肩頸舒緩的藥膏...<br /> <br /> 上班時間要不定時起來伸展一下會好一點,<br /> 多抬頭往上看我覺得有用~
  • 推薦你去買mihong關護霜,前幾天跟同事一起買來試擦看看,發現減緩痠痛蠻有感的,熱熱涼涼的很舒服,而且不像肌樂那麼有味道,是我還可以接受的範圍,重點它不會很貴!!!
